The Buried Nation: Humanity’s Underground Future – Work in Progress

Humanity has always looked to the skies for its future — taller skyscrapers, space exploration, and artificial intelligence. But sometimes, the answers to survival, sustainability, and expansion lie beneath our feet.

My upcoming book, The Buried Nation: Humanity’s Underground Future, explores a bold vision of how underground living, infrastructure, and innovation could reshape human civilization. From underground cities to futuristic tunnels, the book highlights engineering, environmental, and societal aspects of this hidden future.

Currently, the manuscript is in progress. Several chapters have already been completed, while a few are still pending. The aim is to finalize the book as quickly as possible while maintaining originality, depth, and academic value.

This project is not just a personal journey but also a research-driven initiative under Radhika BuildScience, focusing on futuristic civil engineering models that may redefine how humans adapt to growing urban and environmental challenges.

Stay tuned — soon, The Buried Nation will be ready to spark new discussions about whether the next great civilization will rise above the ground or beneath it.
